An interactive piece that focuses on music as a key element.

My role
Designed and manufactured an interactive object for children (aged 4-8) in a team of two. Worked directly alongside a co-designer within the age limit of our scope intent to iteratively produce prototypes based on their feedback to determine the required qualities and restrictions for the final product. Produced digital renders using Solidworks, led all of the manufacturing/prototyping in the woodshop, and produced the raw-hide drum with support from the Aboriginal Programs at Emily Carr University.
